Who we are

This policy explains how KazamTools ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website. Contact us at hello@kazamtools.com.

Files and text you use in our tools

Most of our tools, including all PDF, image, text and developer tools marked "processed in your browser", run entirely on your device. The files and text you add are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. Readhow our tools keep your files private for a plain-words explanation.

If a tool is marked "processed on our server", your file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed automatically, and deleted within one hour. We do not look at, keep or share these files, and we never use them to train AI models.

Numbers you type into calculators stay in your browser. If you use a "share result" link, the inputs are stored only in that link.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name (optional), email address and message, so we can reply. Kept for up to 24 months.
• Email alerts: your email address and the topics you choose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Feedback: "Was this tool helpful?" votes and any optional comment. We do not link these to you.
• Security: to stop spam and abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived rate limits based on a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites, to count visits and page speed.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the Internet.

Where data is stored

Our website and database run on Cloudflare's network. Contact messages, email alerts and feedback are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare and Google act as service providers and process data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its use. To make a request, emailhello@kazamtools.com. We do not sell personal information. California residents can opt out of the "sharing" of data for cross-context behavioral advertising through the consent and privacy controls shown on our site.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
